I thought I would take a minute and discuss complementary industries or companies and how important they are. For us, a document scanning company, our perfect complement is a document storage company. We do not want to be in the storage industry and many storage companies do not want to be in the scanning industry, but many of our clients are looking for both. I know that we get asked about storage and shredding services and instead of just saying no we don’t do that, why not refer them to a company who does that service. Build a relationship with other local companies and perhaps they will return the favor.
